" 'A case of swings and roundabouts’ is a saying that refers to gains and losses that offset each other - highs and lows that equal out to create balance. When we’re deep in an experience we feel like we’re down and out but often we are gaining elsewhere, we just need to change our perspective to see it.
The project is an exploration of that concept. Each track reflects on a lived experience, some light hearted, some with more depth and within that there is an attempt to find the right perspective on it all and ultimately find balance. " - Hilts
