The tracks has been recorded in digital but mixed with an analogue technology as well as digital, that is, resorting to analogue technical solutions that were common before the digital era.
Both the Extended and the Unmastered Tape versions have been obtained, in part, through analogue technology (mixer, compressor and other analogue gear).
The Extended version is the digital final mix that has been subsequently mastered.
The Unmastered Tape is the final mix directly recorded on tape and subsequently digitized. This version underwent no mastering at all.
